I have so much to tell you about the fabulous,
award-winning Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, that I am just
bursting! To begin with, it is located off the strip (on Flamingo
Road), which I consider a plus. Less noise and traffic! Don’t worry…
it is JUST off the strip, so you are close enough to all the action!
No matter what you are looking for in this amazing city, you will be
sure to find it at the Palms! It is young, fun-filled, THE place to
be and the HOTTEST hotel in Vegas!
The Palms Hotel has
over 400 large guestrooms and suites. The standard rooms alone are
to die for. Very sexy! They are spacious, comfortable and
beautifully decorated, using earth colors and cherry wood furniture.
The beds are wonderfully delicious and are appointed with jumbo
puffed pillows and a soft cuddly comforter that will ensure you
quality sleep. The bathrooms are equally perfect. From the 55-story
tower, the views of the strip are nothing short of magnificent. You
will be provided with many amenities, including robes, free
newspaper, in-room safe, coffee machine, direct dial phones, iron
and hair blower, Internet access, wet bars, free shuttle service,
valet parking and SO much more.

LAVISH, OUTRAGEOUS, UNBELIEVABLE, ELITE, LUXURY, SUITES, where all

I SWEAR to you travelers, you simply HAVE to trust me on this one!
These suites are truly not to be believed. Let me tell you, I have
seen and stayed in some fantastic suites, but I have NEVER seen
ANYTHING like this, EVER! You won’t believe your suite eyes. There
is NOTHING like it anywhere in the world or EVEN in Las Vegas. Let
me name some of them for you and just let your mind imagine (BEYOND)
freely. There is the Crib Suite, G Suite, Playpen Suite, Director’s
Suite, Hardwood Suite (with a basketball court in it), the King Pin
Suite (with a bowling alley, NO I am not kidding!), the EROTIC Suite
(WITH A DANCER POLE…sorry guys, ladies not included), the Hot Pink
Suite, Celebrity Suite, Party Floor Suites, Real World Suite, Salon
and Grand Suites, let us not forget the Hugh Hefner Suite (Hugh
Hefner not included ladies AND NO BUNNIES EITHER, GUYS!) and so on!
Now, these are rooms that you WON’T ever want to leave! LIKE… EVER!
Enjoy your life a little, splurge, pamper yourself and go for the

If you are in the mood for a full spa, THEY
GOT IT, and they got it GOOD! After your relaxing massage, take a

Okay, you have pampered yourself enough, now workout in the hotel’s
aerobic room with its state-of-the- art fitness equipment. DO it
now, NOW I say, because I am going to tell you where to dine next
and you should probably burn off the calories before I do!
There are several terrific restaurants which provide
you with diverse choices in the Palms. One of my favorites is the
N9ne Steakhouse, which I will go into later in great detail… This is
a must!!!!! I also loved the Little Buddha, excellent and spiritual
in décor. There is also the Blue Agave, Alize, Garduno’s Mexican
restaurant, the Festival Market Buffet, Sunrise Café and the
Ghostbar. You WILL enjoy them all, I DID! By the way, for a quick
food fix, bop on over to the food court!
This would be a
wonderful time to catch a movie at the Palms, in the 16-screen
Brendan Movie Theater. The seats are truly fantastic and comfortable
as they lean back all the way and rock. The popcorn is great,
too!
If you are in the mood for a great
show, this shining resort provides regular entertainment in its
1,200-seat entertainment and concert venue, Rain. If you just want
to relax and lounge, step into the Roller Lounge, The Lounge, Rain
Nightclub or the Ghostbar, and relax, drink, be merry and bottoms
up!
P.S: If you have some free time (as the Palms will
certainly keep you busy), YOU MIGHT JUST WANT TO GAME A BIT! I mean,
it is VEGAS after all! The Palms will absolutely provide you with
your game of choice in their exciting 95,000 square foot casino. I
really appreciated and enjoyed the comfortable, hip environment in
this casino. PLAY, PLAY, PLAY…. Maybe you will hit and go home a
winner. If you don’t, let me tell you that just staying at the Palms

Steakhouse
May I just say, “BRAVO” to the BRILLIANT Chef
Barry Dakake! His awesome, stunning, creative, imaginative,
inventive, daring, original food creations are outstanding and
delectable and are presented with a beautiful flair! He has put this
fine restaurant in a class all its own.
N9ne is
a contemporary, modern, dazzling Steakhouse and true Vegas hot spot.
I must say this place is totally COOL as well! Its tantalizing
menu and eye-candy food displays, along with its sexy décor with
color changing ceiling and two-sided water wall, make this
restaurant an absolute must dining experience. If you’re lucky, you
might just catch one of your favorite celebs in the glass enclosed
private room.
EVERYTHING on the menu at N9ne is
TRULY a spectacular food experience. The menu is sensational and
will no doubt satisfy the most spoiled food lover and critic. Here
are some of my suggestions:
All the seafood selections are
cold, fresh, sweet, and divine. Go ahead and try the crab legs,
jumbo shrimp, stone crabs, Oysters Rockefeller or ALL OF THE ABOVE!
Don’t worry about your fingers. You will be presented with a hot
towel and lemons when you are ready.
In addition, the Kobe Carpaccio was out of this
world! Devour their signature popcorn shrimp served in a Chinese
carton (how adorable) with two amazing dipping sauces. As for the
Gravlax, it was the best I have ever tasted. If you love Caviar,
(and who doesn’t) you have found your HAPPY PLACE at N9ne! They
serve the very best Russian Caviars on a crispy potato pancake.
YUMMY!
For your entrée, if you love Lamb, try their
signature Roasted Colorado Lamb Chops with parmesan crust. OH MY MY
MY! It is absolutely lovely, perfectly cooked, delicate, and oh so
tender. They proudly serve the VERY BEST prime aged steaks and I
recommend them all especially, on the bone (Bone-in Rib Eye, Filet
Mignon, New York Sirloin and the Porterhouse). If you are craving
steak, this is your restaurant. Pair your steak selection with a
Maine lobster and life doesn’t get any better. For your sides, (now
trust me on this) get the Lobster Mashed Potatoes; so fantastic.
Their macaroni and cheese is a house favorite and their crisp steak
fries and crisp potato gnocchi are all a food lover’s treat.
Dessert… heck just get one of everything! Don’t forget to
check out their famous cocktail and cigar menu, as well!
I
cannot tell you how much I loved this splendid restaurant and how
comfortable and relaxed I felt here. The service was perfect thanks
to my server John Kelley and brilliant wine selections by my
sommelier Christian Margesson. When I spoke with the TALENTED
(and quite handsome may I add) Executive Chef Dakake, I said that
his creations must take forever to create and be so unique. He
responded by saying, “If you’re not happy with what you’re doing in
life, you’re not working hard enough!” Good one, Barry! So
VERY true…
This is without a doubt an A+ restaurant! N9ne is
a MUST, on your next Vegas adventure. This is more than a fine
restaurant, it is a memory.
