HOCKEY AWARDS

The 2009 NHL Awards took place at the Pearl Concert Theater inside the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas. NHL Awards nominees included Washington Capitals’ Alex Ovechkin and Mike Green, the Pittsburgh Penguins’ Evgeni Malkin, Detroit Red Wings’ Pavel Datsyuk and Nicklas Lidstrom, the Chicago Blackhawks’ Kris Versteeg, Boston Bruins’ Zdeno Chara and Tim Thomas. The Philadelphia Flyers’ Mike Richards walked the red carpet along with NHL greats Tony Esposito, Sergei Fedorov, Doug Gilmour, Kelly Hrudey, Pat LaFontaine, Igor Larionov, Brian Leetch, Reggie Lemelin, Mark Messier, Stan Mikita, Andy Moog, Luc Robitaille, Jeremy Roenick, and former NHL coach Pat Burns. Also, walking the red carpet were: television star Alan Thicke, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Chaka Khan and Canadian buzz band Arkells, along with notable hockey fans Michael Bublé, Kevin Connolly (Entourage), William Fichtner (Prison Break, Blades of Glory), Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galatica, Burn Notice) and  Colin Ferguson (Eureka). Talk about a hunk-fest. I had to keep reminding myself to shoot my camera.......   Fans were screaming out of their minds, OK, maybe that was me; but they were excited, Ok that was me too, but the fans were happy to be a part of this event at the very hip, A-list spot, the Palms Hotel. I send a huge thank you to Larry Fink, for always making events at the Palms Hotel stellar. Congrats on the new baby!    

TERA PATRICK HOSTED LINGERIEGASM AT TAO

Tera, beautiful as always, hosted a $1000 Prize for the Sexiest Lady In Lingerie party at Tao. Along with the porn star beauty, were hubby Evan Seinfeld and a group of beautiful lingerie gal-pals. FYI: Evan is the distant cousin of the well-known comedian star Jerry Seinfeld! Hey Tera, next time include me in your lingerie party.

AUDRINA PATRIDGE OF MTV’S THE HILLS HOSTED AT TAO TO CELEBRATE HER BROTHER MARK’S BIRTHDAY.

Audrina celebrated her bro’s birthday in grand style at THE fabulous Tao Restaurant and Club. I know one thing for sure; Audrina didn’t pig out on food and sweets inside. No way possible with her perfect bikini bod she sports in the television limited ad for Burger King. Hey Audrina, you are awesome and kudos for your perfect amazing physique. And no girl, you are totally not just a piece of meat!

PETE WENTZ CELEBRATED HIS 30TH BIRTHDAY AT THE BANK NIGHTCLUB AT BELLAGIO IN LAS VEGAS…

Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy), Ashlee Simpson, DJ David Christian, & many more hung out with Pete to celebrate his 30th birthday in Vegas-style. Guests danced, partied, and blew out his birthday candles at The Bank Nightclub in the Bellagio Hotel and Casino. DJ David Christian provided the beats as hundreds of guests wished Wentz a Happy Birthday.

Ok rockers I feel I have to brag a little bit for Pete. He is involved in many charities, but one in particular I found to be very moving which is The Invisible Children. This project was motivated by the unseen war in Northern Uganda. Invisible Children was created by three young filmmakers with a singular mission… 

 “To use the power of stories to change lives around the world”.           

You rock the world in every way Pete, you are awesome!

 Beautiful Amanda Righetti, best known for her 2009 film, “Friday the 13th” and her 2008 film release “Role Models”, partied the night away with friends at Tabu. Not too scary of a night Amanda. I could have added much more drama to your night had you only asked!

Ok rockers, here is where I went to Europe on assignment for a couple of weeks, but hey… I came back in time to catch the next event at Tabu. After all, a girls gotta live a little!!!!

Ok, can I just say, “gush, gush, gush”. I have a huge crush on Steven! SO there, I said it, and I am not apologizing! Studio 54 at MGM Grand rolled out the red carpet welcome for infamous Aerosmith front man, Steven Tyler, who hosted the rock royalty’s official after-concert party. Very lucky club-goers were also invited to party with one of the most notorious rock-stars in the world. Tyler, or what I fondly call him, TY, took over Studio 54 with his sexy enticing charm, sexy presence, and sexy mesmerizing personality following the group’s concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. GUSH, GUSH, GUSH! What he did after the party? Well, let me just say, I will never tell……………..

Screening of the New Anchor Bay Film, SPREAD, Starring Ashton Kutcher and Anne Heche was at the Palms Casino Resort in the Brenden Theatres

Screaming fans went crazy as Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, and Anne Heche walked the red carpet for their Las Vegas movie Premier of “SPREAD”. What a cute couple. They look so happy together; I wonder if they are? Demi was radiant and Ashton is a total hunk. One thing for certain is that they are both still sporting red Kaballah stings on their left wrists. Cool, may you both always stay in the light…  Anne was so glamorous on the carpet and much more bouncy and adorable then I thought she would be. Hey Anne, I would like to be your new BFF… Good luck on the movie guys. By the way, Ashton fans, you will be hard pressed to see many scenes in this film when Ash is actually wearing clothes. DEMI, you lucky girl!  Yum…

USHER HOSTED VEGAS MAGAZINE'S JULY/AUGUST ISSUE·PARTY AT THE PLAYBOY CLUB IN THE PALMS CASINO RESORT·

Vegas Magazine heated up the strip with a private event to celebrate its Men’s Issue at the Playboy Club at the top of Fantasy Tower in the Palms Casino Resort. The event was hosted by its July/August issue cover star, the more than gorgeous, hot, hunk, and over the top talented Usher. Oh did I forget sexy? Usher, for those girls that want to know, was not only dreamy, but kind, fun, and thoughtful as he walked the carpet. Let me not forget to add again…. SEXY!

JENNY MCCARTHY AT PURE

Actress, author, and activist JENNY MCCARTHY hosted a night of fun on the town at PURE Nightclub in Caesars Palace. One of America’s favorite funny girls, Jenny McCarthy danced to the beats of DJ Hollywood with her fans all night long. I wonder? Are Jen and funny guy Jim Carrey still a couple. Jen, I just think you are great girl and I hope you are happy with who ever and whenever….

NATIONAL CLEAN ENERGY SUMMIT 2.0

President Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, and others all rallied together to be a part of The National Clean Energy Summit 2.0 hosted at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) by United States Senate Majority Leader and Nevada Senator Harry Reid and Center for American Progress Action Fund President and CEO John Podesta. The summit included roundtable discussions with industry leaders from Nevada and the entire nation. Also present, were renowned scientists and respected policy experts. Later, a public town hall forum was held. ·California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was a scheduled participant but had to cancel last minute due to the illness of his mother-in-law, Unis Kennedy Shriver, who sadly passed away the following morning. The summit was a huge success which included speeches, ideas for a more economic way to produce energy in the future, as well as thoughts on the present economy and ways to increase job opportunities in the near future. Podesta and Reid discussed steps that can be put into action to build a clean energy economy which will create jobs, save consumers money, and drive new private investment into a more productive, innovative, and efficient economy.

Al Gore was an awe-inspiring speaker who brought tremendous, thoughtful, fresh ideas to the table. Thank you all in attendance for trying to change our world into a greener, cleaner, planet that we will leave to our future generations. BRAVO!!!

Paramount Vantage's premiere of THE GOODS: LIVE HARD. SELL HARD at Planet Hollywood

What a totally exciting film premiere this was indeed. The fans went wild every time a star’s name was called, as that meant that they were about to see each star right before their very eyes in the flesh. In attendance were the stars/filmmakers of the film - Jeremy Piven, Will Ferrell, Alan Thicke, David Koechner, Jordana Spiro, Ken Jeong, Craig Robinson, Rob Riggle, Jonathan Sadowski, Neal Brennan, Kevin Messick, Chris Henchy, Andy Stock, Rick Stempson, Louise Rosner, Daryn Okada, and Kevin Tent, Kid Rock, Dane Cook, and Holly Madison. SO exciting!!!  I now have a crush on Will Ferrell; he is so cute, so sweet, so fun, and so crazy. He is the Elf in real life!

Jeremy was a blast and so humble, Rob Riggle is adorably delightful, Ken Jeong is a total hoot, Kid Rock was cool, Holly was her usual beautiful self, and Dane Cook is one of my favorite funny guy/actors.
